KLAUFT CLAIM MANAGEMENT POLICY

Klauft uses the 8D problem solving method in dealing with claims. 

In order for us to identify the issues correctly and take precautions to prevent a repeat, we request that our customers fill out the form shared below. 

 When below information is filled out, we can trace the problematic product back to the day manufactured, operator and raw materials used. This allows us to identify the problems correctly and gives us an opportunity to improve our quality management system.
